TOUCHSTONE MSP provides a number of functions in support of billing
and invoicing as related to marketing programs. Billing can be prepared
for service programs, merchandise sold, or for direct service rendered.
Billing can be performed in one of the following ways:
- On the
customer bill via an interface to your Customer Information System,
- On separate
bills printed directly from the system, or
- Externally,
via an interface to an external billing system.
Payments
may be handled by the system through credit cards payment services or
an interface to an accounts receivable system.
TOUCHSTONE MSP provides the capability to directly interface to
a 3 party billing system such as the one provided by our alliance partner,
Moore Business Systems.
